We are Lomond Focus, an arm of Lomond Promotions LLP, a Scottish-based company ten miles from St Andrews. As Lomond Focus we specialise in the sharing of information.

While battling in recent years with my own weight, I have researched widely in the field of dieting, weight loss, supplements and health in general. So I have lots of valuable information to share with you.

One of the things I puzzle over is the fact that William, my business partner, can eat whatever he likes, and still remain as slim as ever! Not fair, is it? - especially since he’s not one for sweating it out in the gym or pounding the streets in lycra!
